The catholic church says that they oppose the usage of condoms because it encourages the birth of many bastard children and "Impedes normal procreation". I personally think if you are going to practice sex practice it safe. Prevention is definitely better than cure. Condoms are good not bad. You cannot tell a lot of our youth these days "don't have sex" when you tell someone not to do something is when they want to do it even more. With that being said I think that African's should start talking to teenagers about safe sex and everything it could come with.
